Chinese Ambassador to ASEAN, H.E. Mme. Hou Yanqi, Meets with the New Team Leader of the ACCF Management Team (AMT).

Jakarta Indonesia – The Chinese Ambassador to ASEAN, H.E. Mme. Hou Yanqi, welcomed the newly appointed Team Leader of the ASEAN-China Cooperation Fund (ACCF) Management Team (AMT), Ms. Song Beibei, and the entire team at the ACCF office, ASEAN Secretariat heritage building. During the meeting, Ambassador Hou expressed her recognition of the increasingly pivotal role that ACCF has played in ASEAN-China bilateral relations, particularly since 2023, post the global pandemic. Ambassador Hou conveyed her expectations for ACCF to continue its dedication under the leadership of the new team leader, Ms. Song Beibei. Additionally, she provided specific guidance and instructions for the upcoming year’s tasks.

In response, Director  Song expressed gratitude for the opportunity to meet with Ambassador Hou. She assured that AMT would work diligently and collaboratively to fulfill the expectations. She expressed the team’s commitment to further strengthening the practical cooperation between the two sides, managing and utilizing ACCF in a strategic manner, so as to contribute to the advancement of ASEAN-China relations.
