The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture of Myanmar, with support from ASEAN-China Cooperation Fund (ACCF), has successfully implemented the project entitled “Capacity Building for SOCA and ASCC Sectoral Bodies of CLMV Countries on the ASEAN Socio Cultural Community (ASCC) Blueprint 2025 Monitoring and Evaluation System, including the End-Term Review of the ASCC Blueprint 2025”, in Yangon, Myanmar on 1-3 July 2025.

The training has made a meaningful contribution to enhancing the understanding, engagement, and readiness of Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, and Viet Nam (CLMV) in implementing and monitoring the ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC) Blueprint 2025. This initiative aligns with ASEAN’s broader goals of narrowing development gaps and strengthening regional integration.
