  1. What types of projects can ACCF support?
    ACCF supports projects that strengthen cooperation between ASEAN and China and are aligned with relevant ASEAN and ASEAN-China priorities.
  2. Is there a guiding document for ACCF project formulation?
    Yes, please refer to the ACCF Manual for the comprehensive guidance and requirements on ACCF project formulation.
  3. Who can submit an ACCF project proposal?
    Eligible proponents include ASEAN Secretariat, ASEAN Member States government agencies, ASEAN bodies and entities, and ASEAN Intergovernmental Organisation. For detailed information on eligibility, please refer to the ACCF Manual.
  4. When can I submit an ACCF project proposal?
    Project proposals may be submitted throughout the year for consideration, subject to the applicable ACCF appraisal and approval procedures.
  5. What documents do I need to submit?
    The main documents are (1) the ASEAN Cooperation Project Proposal, (2) Budget Proposal, and (3) Indicative Work Plan. Additional documents may be requested depending on the project.
  6. Where can I find the project proposal templates?
    The ASEAN Cooperation Project Proposal, Budget Proposal, and Indicative Work Plan templates are available on the ASEAN website, ACCF Website, and are also referenced in the ACCF Manual.
  7. Can ACCF support multi-year projects?
    Yes. ACCF can support multi-year projects. 
  8. Should the project budget be prepared in US dollars (USD)?
    Yes. The project budget and financial reports should be prepared in USD. Expenses in other currencies should be converted and reported in USD. 
  9. How can I submit my project proposal?
    Project proposals should be submitted by email to the ACCF Management Team (AMT) at accfmt@asean.org.
