AMT provided a session to Cambodia’s officials in the training on project proposal writing, “AMT Approach to M&E and Project Development“ on 30 June 2022
Singapore’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, supported by the Republic Polytechnic of Singapore and the ASEAN Secretariat (ASEC), concluded a training on Project Proposal Writing for Myanmar officials. The training concluded the second cycle of capacity building initiative for Cambodia, Laos PDR, Myanmar, and Viet Nam (CLMV).
A total of 24 Cambodian-officials from various line ministries (e.g. Agricultures, commerce, culture and fine arts, environment, economy and finance, health, industry science technology, rural development, post and telecommunication, women affairs, national assembly, senate of Cambodia, education youth & sport, and tourism.) participated in the training. Mr. Huang Cheng, Director of ASEAN-China Cooperation Fund Management Team (AMT) delivered the session on day 9th of the Training, in the topic of: “AMT Approach to M&E and Project Development“. The information presented was found informative and helpful for participants in understanding more about ACCF and its monitoring and evaluation, as well as the ACCF’s project development.
The training aimed to enhance the capacity of participants to develop quality regional project proposals using the ASEAN cooperation framework. These efforts also aim at increasing the number of ASEAN-initiated projects and the better utilisation of available ASEAN-China Cooperation Fund, together with, to promote the ACCF.
